I discovered a few weeks ago that I would be facing redundancy and in this new age of austerity, I dreaded the prospect even more. I had used other agencies before contacting Elizabeth Michael and had got really annoyed with the fact that I would have to repeat my situation to a new person every time I called - there was no continuity and no professional relationship. I also felt like I wasn't being listened to - I increasingly became irritated, receiving phone call after phone call from one particular agency, asking me if I was interested in temporary positions when I had made it quite clear that I was looking for permanent work.

Out of desperation, I got in contact with Elizabeth Michael as I had used their services some years before. I was relieved and encouraged to find that Leon was still working for Elizabeth Michael and that I would be dealing with him again.

The team at Elizabeth Michael are polite, friendly, efficient and professional at all times. When you call them, expect a friendly and cheery voice on the other end of the phone, which is a refreshing change when compared to calling other agencies.

Leon is an absolute pleasure to deal with. His professional manner is impeccable and he actually listens to you, which is a refreshing change. He then determines the best course of action in accordance with your needs. As a result I now have a new job and am looking forward to the future . As I end my first "official" week at Crytek, I thought I would send this "little" note to say Thank You to you and your team for all your help in what has been a difficult period for me - my "temp" contract at Crytek will at least afford me some stability for the coming months.

I first came across Elizabeth Michael whilst job hunting in the local paper. I sent my CV to them and within a matter of hours received a telephone call asking me to come in for an interview and to talk about possible job opportunities thay had to offer.
