Our Nurse-to-be Second Year

Hi everyone,
I’m now officially in 2nd year and enjoying everything so far. The first week is always scary as you get given all your assignments and assessments for the year which sounds daunting when you hear them all in one go. However, I am looking forward to the challenge ahead!
I am especially looking forward to my placements this year as I will experience working with health visitors, neonates and also have an elective placement whereby I can choose anywhere in the world!
I am also pleased to inform you that I passed my portfolio and the reflection assignment to go along with it. I was ecstatic when I found out as I proved to myself that I am capable of fulfilling the expectations of the course and feel as though it is a good platform to start year 2 on.
Unfortunately, that is all I have to tell you at the minute as we are still settling in and finding out more about the course as we go along.
