CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIRED
Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 per week, 1 in 3 will be a Saturday and Sunday, hours of work are between 8am - 11pm.
The Role *To ensure that all calls are handled in a professional manner whilst meeting and exceeding specified client service levels, targets and key performance indicators.
Accountabilities • Be available to make and receive inbound calls. • To achieve the resolution rate target. • To ensure service levels and key performance indicators are met and exceeded. • Ensure a high level quality of service is delivered to both internal and external customers. • Input data to the highest standard.
*Take responsibility for personal development areas and agree appropriate development opportunities with your line manager. *From time to time as deemed appropriate, ad-hoc tasks will be assigned that should be completed to the agreed standard and timescale.
