The Duties:

* plan and organise meetings (internal / external) to include papers, agendas, room bookings and refreshments

* take minutes at meetings (shorthand or speed writing)

* organise video and telephone conferencing

* type (50/60wpm) correspondence, reports, emails, letters

* prepare PowerPoint presentations

* E-file documents

* deal with travel enquiries and bookings

The Person:

* general PA skills

* exceptional written and verbal communications skills

* able to work on own initiative

* type to 50/60 words per minute

* able to work with absolute discretion

* able to work under pressure

* able to work without supervision

* Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills to intermediate level

This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Group Project Team on a temporary basis for an initial period of 3 months, potentially rising to 6 months and beyond.
