Elizabeth Michael Associates was founded on the 4th March 1991 by John Hyde, whose background lay with various National Recruitment Agencies, initially in London and latterly in Nottingham. John perceived the need for a flexible recruitment organisation whose mode of operation is based upon the values of honesty and integrity. This ethos is reflected in every aspect of the business today, and indeed it is these concepts that has made possible the growth of Elizabeth Michael Associates into one of the most highly regarded recruitment organisations in Nottingham.
As an independent organisation, Elizabeth Michael Associates is free from the operational constraints under which National/multi-branch agencies must function, allowing us the freedom to tailor our service to suit the needs of every individual client or candidate. Our rise since 1991 has, to say the least, been meteoric. The client base boasts an extensive and varied array of organisations, both in terms of size and type, thus giving our candidates an unparalleled range of positions from which to choose.
