I am delighted to be able to introduce Elizabeth Michael Associates Training, the latest division within the group.

At Elizabeth Michael we believe that your investment in your people should have significant benefits for your business. I have always fervently believed in training, and the major benefits that can be derived from it, but only if it is tailored to suit the specific needs of the delegates attending.

More and more employees are using the training factor as a major part of their decision making process when considering future employment. We offer a wide range of training workshops and courses and, of course, will tailor them to meet your specific needs. And if we can’t offer a course you need, we will be able to advise you on who can, or alternatively offer to source the course for you.

But sometimes a training workshop or course isn’t the best option and we will also help you to consider alternative ways of increasing the capability of your staff to deliver your business goals. For example, we have the experience to be able to:
